- Research of machine learning techniques for terramechanics prediction of off-road environments using multimodal sensors.
- Development of a real-time 3D robotics simulator set on Martian landscapes powered by Vortex Studio physical motor and Unreal Engine videogame engine.
- Development and testing of autonomous navigation and machine learning techniques needed to perform sample fetching tasks on remote planets. Developed in the framework of an European Space Agency contract related to the research of autonomy for planetary exploration missions.
